Project Leadership Opportunity

At People Prime Worldwide, we are seeking a skilled project manager to lead our teams in delivering high-quality projects.

  • Strong expertise in project planning, execution, and delivery management is required.
  • Proven ability to engage with customers and manage diverse stakeholder groups is essential.
  • Prior experience in the life sciences industry with a solid understanding of CSV (GxP) deployment processes is necessary.
  • Skilled in risk management, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Experience in managing cross-functional teams across geographies is vital.
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance and audit readiness in life sciences projects is required.

This is a contract-to-hire opportunity that requires immediate joiners only. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in project management and a strong understanding of CSV process deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams in delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and implement effective project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate project progress effectively.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with project delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management.
  • Strong understanding of CSV process deployment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and technologies.
