Job Overview:

• The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and managing IT infrastructure, applications, hardware definition and refreshments, network systems within the organization.
• This individual will work from our factory grounds and perform tasks as directed by senior management.
• The selected person will have overall responsibility for IT & Digitalization related functions which will include people and budgetary management.
• In addition, this role is functionally responsible for IT support, providing guidance to IT Support Specialists, as well as addressing and resolving IT issues.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan and manage the annual IT Infrastructure CAPEX / OPEX budget effectively.
2. Operate, monitor and develop our SAP S4/HANA systems efficiently.
3. Define IT infrastructure strategy, architecture, and processes for the subsidiary, in line with group guidelines.
4. Roll-out Global IT initiatives, in alignment with the Global IT team.
5. Manage the purchasing, installation and rollout processes in subsidiaries for IT hardware, in alignment with Global guidelines.
6. Responsible for the technical requirements for purchasing and service contracts for IT infrastructure (e.g. Network providers, Cloud providers, Telephony providers, hardware vendors etc.) in alignment with the global IT team.
7. Manage local IT infrastructure in the plant/subsidiary to ensure operational performance, availability, security, and continuity.
8. Propose and coordinate the deployment and maintenance of IT Hardware and Network solutions.
9. Monitor performance of IT infrastructure and networks, and make recommendations for improvements as required.
10. Analyse business requirements by partnering with key stakeholders across the organization to define IT infrastructure requirements.
11. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to internal IT and act as IT support lead for the assigned organization.
12. Adapt and integrate group IT guidelines and policies into the region.
13. Serve as a liaison between the subsidiary business units and the group business units and technical IT teams.
14. Responsible for local / regional technical operations of IT solutions.
15. Act as a local IT Security Manager by completing system audits and assessments, building awareness around information technology security and protection, and implementing IT risk mitigation measures.
16. Manage IT-related incidents, service requests, and changes. Provide guidance and support to IT Support specialists.
17. Define and manage Disaster Recovery (DR) plans and Business Continuity Planning (BCP).

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or a similar field.
• At least 7+ years of work experience in an international business environment in a comparable position.
• Experience with SAP-related systems such as S4/HANA, B1, R3.
• Proven working experience as an IT Manager, or other relevant experience.
• Experience in working in a Factory set up and exposure in managing IT setup for OT environments is preferred.
• Experience in leading and managing large IT projects and rolling out IT infrastructures across various technologies.
• Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis, and computer hardware/software systems.
• Expertise in data center management and data governance.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001, GDPR, cyber security and other IT compliance standards.
• Any exposure with Lead digitalization initiatives like smart factory and automation will be added advantage.
• Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication skills, team collaboration & leading projects and teams virtually.
• Excellent project management skills and problem-solving skills with a strong ability to priorities tasks.
