Key Responsibilities

  • To inspect electric vehicle technology, makers, and proprietary parts, producing reports in line with L1, L2, and L3 plans.
  • Maintain all inspection-related activities, including sending quality feedback reports, monitoring corrective action requests, and clearing goods receipts in SAP.
  • To work with suppliers to rectify problems through root cause analysis discussions.
  • To be trained in drawing studies, inspection methodologies, part functions, and processes. A knowledge of quality control tools, VMM usage, gauge calibration, test rigs, multimeters, AC/DC supplies, and push-pull gauges is required.

Requirements

  • Detailed knowledge of electric vehicles, EV makers, and proprietary parts.
  • Understanding of inspection methodologies and practices.
  • Ability to produce quality reports and documents.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
