Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will oversee the efficient operation of plant machinery and equipment, ensuring seamless functioning of the Maintenance Department to meet production targets.

This role demands expertise in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Computers, and Automation. Experience with work and quality systems such as ISO, TS-16949, 5S, and TPM is also essential.

  • Proficiency in ERP systems like SAP and Oracle is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with legal compliance (Factory Act) and environmental norms is required.

This position involves troubleshooting, modifying circuits and mechanisms, procuring and maintaining spares, analyzing breakdowns, and implementing corrective and preventive actions.

The successful candidate should be able to train and guide the maintenance crew in these areas.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are required.
  • Able to formulate, plan, and execute comprehensive preventive, predictive, and shutdown maintenance programs of machines.

Minimum 15 years of experience in a maintenance department with hands-on experience working with manufacturing industries on various types of machines is required.

Bachelor of Engineering or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is mandatory.
