Job Title: Jewelry Product Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Product Merchandiser to manage our jewelry collections from concept to delivery.

This role involves analyzing market trends, curating seasonal assortments, coordinating with design, sales, and production teams, and ensuring products meet customer demand, brand aesthetics, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute product merchandising and assortment strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with design and production on product development, ensuring timely deliveries and minimal stock issues.
  • Conduct market research to track trends, customer needs, and competitors, providing actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Curate seasonal collections balancing classic and innovative styles that appeal to diverse customer preferences.
  • Manage inventory levels, leveraging data analysis to inform decisions and optimize supply chain efficiency.
  • Support sales and marketing with product knowledge and merchandising tools, driving revenue growth through effective promotions and branding.
  • Define pricing and positioning strategies based on cost and market analysis, ensuring competitive advantage in the marketplace.
  • Oversee quality control and adherence to production timelines, maintaining high-quality standards across all product lines.
  • Lead product launches from concept to rollout, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and successful market introduction.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product flow, ensuring efficient communication and collaboration throughout the organization.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years' experience in product merchandising (jewelry preferred), with a proven track record of success in similar roles.
  • Strong knowledge of jewelry trends, market, and customer preferences, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for staying current on industry developments.
  • Skilled in product lifecycle management, inventory, and supply chain operations, with expertise in managing complex logistics and optimizing efficiency.
  • Collaborative team player with strong analytical and research skills, able to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficient in MS Office, with familiarity with merchandising tools and software a plus.
  • Degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, Jewelry Design, or related field, with a strong foundation in business principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
