Job Overview

We are seeking a meticulous and organized Data Entry Specialist to accurately process customer and project information within our systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enter and update customer data with precision.
  • Monitor form submissions, manage records, and track permits.
  • Prepare and send invoices, track payments, and follow up on outstanding balances.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent attention to detail with near-zero error tolerance.
  • Good proficiency in MS Excel and Google Workspace.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage repetitive tasks with consistency and meet deadlines.
