Job Title: Data Analyst

About this role:

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team and support the management of master data objects. As a key member of our team, you will provide expert-level guidance and training to business units, ensuring data integrity, consistency, and compliance with organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver comprehensive training sessions and documentation to business users on master data standards and processes.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for master data objects across various domains, providing ongoing support and consultation to ensure correct usage and maintenance of master data.
  • Execute master data creation, updates, and deletions in line with defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs), ensuring high levels of accuracy and completeness in all master data transactions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate and verify data inputs, monitor data quality, and perform regular audits to identify inconsistencies or errors.
  • Implement corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure compliance with internal data governance policies and external regulatory requirements.
  • Generate reports on master data performance, SLA adherence, and data quality metrics, analyzing trends and providing insights to improve data management practices.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • A minimum of 4-8 years of experience in data management, analytics, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of master data domains and governance principles, proficiency in data management tools and ERP systems.
  • Excellent communication and training skills, with ability to work collaboratively across departments.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and process efficiency.
