As a Senior Associate, you will be part of our team that manages data using the latest technologies. We have over 220 employees worldwide and serve top global clients with on-site and onshore presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage dashboards, reports, and visualizations using BI tools like Tableau.
  • Analyze sales trends, market performance, and customer behavior to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Provide insights for marketing campaigns, product launches, and portfolio management.

Data Management:

  • Maintain data accuracy, integrity, and security by collaborating with IT and data engineering teams.
  • Manage large datasets from internal and external sources, including CRM systems, market intelligence platforms, and supply chain databases.
  • Support data warehouse implementation and optimization.

Strategic Collaboration:

  • Work with cross-functional teams like marketing, sales, R&D, and operations to understand their data needs.
  • Liaise between technical teams and business stakeholders for BI initiatives.

Market Intelligence:

  • Monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities.
  • Support forecasting and scenario planning based on industry insights.

Process Improvement:

  • Implement best practices in BI processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Train team members and stakeholders on BI tool usage and data interpretation.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in business intelligence or data analytics, preferably in pharmaceuticals.
  • Proficiency in BI tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Excel).
  • Strong SQL and data modeling skills; Python or R experience is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with pharma market dynamics and data sources like IQVIA or IMS Health.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex data insights.
  • Problem-solving skills and proactive approach to addressing business challenges.
  • Familiarity with statistical analysis and predictive modeling techniques is a plus.
