Job Title: Business Intelligence Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our Finance team in a Financial Analyst role.

The primary focus will be on providing analytical support for migration activities, process improvements, and system-related initiatives with Workday, ensuring smooth transitions and accurate reporting. In-depth knowledge of Insurance Accounting is considered an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Upload insurance-related journals into the system on a monthly basis.
  • Support migration of opening balances into Workday for global entities.
  • Assist in developing reconciliation processes for improved reporting and controls.
  • Create process flow maps for transition from current to future state.
  • Provide analytical support for controls and custom validations in Workday.
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks as required.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • University degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
  • 3–5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, formulas).
  • Familiarity with ERP/finance systems (Workday preferred).
  • Good communication skills and strong analytical ability.
  • In-depth knowledge of Insurance Accounting is an added advantage.
