As a Field Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for planning and executing effective BTL activities to increase brand visibility and drive customer engagement. Your primary goal will be to generate student leads and support admissions processes.

To achieve this, you will need to establish strong relationships with schools, colleges, and communities, ensuring seamless interactions and communication with our customers. Additionally, you will work closely with the Sales team to attain admission targets and monitor progress through regular reports.

A key aspect of this role is your ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups, including students, parents, and educators. You should have excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, as well as a passion for field marketing and admissions.

We are looking for candidates with a degree in Marketing or Business, preferably with 1-3 years of experience in marketing or fieldwork. Freshers with local market knowledge and a strong desire to learn and grow can also apply.
