Open Links Foundation is an IT-based non-profit organization founded by Sanjay Dalmia to strengthen the government school ecosystem and make it aspirational for all.

The organization aims to improve quality of education in government schools by supporting and motivating teachers, partnering with district administration to enhance program implementation efficiency, and using technology and behavioral science.

As a Program Associate – Communications & Social Media, you will be responsible for:

  • Building and engaging a vibrant teacher community through digital campaigns
  • Identifying and amplifying powerful stories of impact from schools and classrooms
  • Crafting engaging content such as posts, reels, videos, blogs, newsletters, and more
  • Managing and growing Open Links Foundation's social media presence across platforms
  • Collaborating with educators, field teams, and stakeholders to reshape the narrative of government schools

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Social Work, or related fields
  • #2+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital engagement
  • Strong writing, storytelling, and visual communication skills (Canva/Photoshop/video editing a plus)
  • Proficiency in English, Hindi, and local language for effective outreach
