We are seeking a motivated individual to fill a Community Development role, where you will work closely with our team to foster a sense of community and engagement among our participants.

About the Role:
  • You will be responsible for connecting with participants via phone calls and WhatsApp to confirm their attendance, provide reminders, and follow up on their progress.
  • Gathering feedback from attendees and guiding them on their next steps after masterclasses is also an essential part of this role.
  • You will maintain organized records in Google Sheets or Excel, keeping track of registrations, attendance, follow-ups, and conversions.
  • Supporting smooth engagement within our online community is crucial to your success in this position.
  • You will work directly with our founder/mentor to understand how transformational programs are run.
Requirements:
  • To succeed in this role, you should possess empathetic and people-oriented qualities, along with strong communication skills (spoken & written).
  • You should be comfortable making phone calls and engaging participants with warmth and professionalism.
  • Familiarity with Google Sheets/Excel, WhatsApp, and online tools (AI tools a plus) is required.
  • You should be organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with a willingness to learn and grow.
