Job Title:

We are seeking a Marketing Professional to lead our marketing efforts, develop and execute strategic campaigns, and analyze performance metrics to drive business growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Led campaign ideation, budgeting, execution, and optimization processes
  • Analyze performance metrics and provide regular reports to track progress and impact
  • Collaborate with external agencies to align with organizational goals and conduct regular reviews of agency deliverables
  • Strengthen and enhance relationships with vendors and manage vendor contracts and performance
  • Foster innovation and creative problem-solving within the team and implement new ideas to enhance sales and campaign effectiveness
  • Encourage and capture innovative ideas from the team and demonstrate new approaches that lead to better outcomes in campaigns or processes
  • Handle client reviews and resolve conflicts, ensuring regular updates on account progress and status
  • Contribute to business development presentations and cluster sign-ups, ensuring success in securing new business opportunities
  • Oversee and coordinate activities of team members to achieve organizational goals, providing leadership and direction to the team, monitoring team performance, and allocating resources effectively to maximize productivity

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
  • Minimum 6-10 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a management role
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, including ATL and BTL campaigns
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze performance metrics and provide data-driven insights
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and colleagues
