Senior Marketer - Demand Generation

Drive user acquisition and maximize return on investment (ROI) as a seasoned Senior Marketer leading and optimizing performance marketing initiatives across multiple channels. Scale the customer base by developing and executing strategies across various digital channels.

  • Develop in-depth knowledge of B2B SaaS marketing experience and sales cycles, customer lifetime value (CLV), and ongoing user retention.
  • Lead campaign creation and management across multiple platforms ensuring alignment with business objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize bids, targeting, creatives, and messaging for maximum ROI.
  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports to ensure campaigns stay on track and meet performance goals.
  • Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to optimize landing pages, ad creatives, and overall campaign performance.
  • Build and manage the marketing budget tracking spend against performance goals for cost-efficiency.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new advertising technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.
  • Drive growth initiatives through retargeting, CRM-based campaigns, and advanced segmentation strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications

We seek a seasoned Senior Marketer with:

  • 4-6 years of experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or similar roles with a proven track record of driving measurable results.
  • Significant experience handling large performance marketing budgets.
  • Demonstrate a proven track record of achieving significant ROI from marketing budgets consistently meeting or exceeding performance targets and KPIs.
  • In-depth knowledge of performance marketing channels including search and other channels.
  • B2B SaaS marketing experience is mandatory with a proven track record of executing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns in a B2B environment.
