About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our US Cluster team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Read and comprehend customer inquiries and drawings.

2. Translate customer requirements into meaningful proposals.

3. Gather pricing, purchasing, shipping, and technical information from vendors as needed.

4. Plan and execute sales orders effectively.

5. Evaluate commercial terms, Incoterms, and technical knowledge to ensure order accuracy.

6. Meet customer satisfaction requirements.

7. Ensure quality and timeliness of proposal and order deliverables.

8. Coordinate with Engineering for product validation.

9. Support Sales Managers to meet targets.

10. Maintain proper documentation.

Requirements:

Engineering graduate with 5-7 years of similar experience. Global experience is preferred. ERP system experience in Proposal module is required.

3. Good planning and organizing skills.

4. Conceptual thinking and problem-solving.

5. Structured approach to put order in a development and creative environment.

6. Ability to establish good connections with a broad range of people.

7. Knowledge in MS-Excel/Word/PowerPoint proficiency is essential.

8. Working experience in ERP system, sales/purchase module.
