Geographic Information Systems play a vital role in today's technology landscape. We are seeking an experienced GIS Developer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in ArcGIS, Python, and JavaScript, with a proven track record of deploying scalable solutions on the Microsoft Azure platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, deploy, and maintain connectors to customer interfaces
  • Communicate technical requirements and develop appropriate architecture for implementations
  • Analyze, review, and modify programming systems including encoding, testing, and debugging
  • Ensure software integration into customer systems
  • Coordinate software integration and maintain technical documentation
  • Expert knowledge of System Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

Required Skills and Experience:

  • ArcGIS Desktop /Pro, Enterprise Geodatabase, Portal for ArcGIS, ArcGIS Online
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript/Python and building high-performance UI applications
  • Experience with front-end technologies (React, HTML, JavaScript, CSS languages and frameworks)
  • Azure Cloud experience preferable
  • Dynamic front-end web application development
  • Clean code with well-defined abstractions
  • Responsive and user-friendly interfaces
  • REST API and web services for integrating
  • RDBMS experience (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL) and strong SQL skills
  • Containerization and orchestration experience
  • Azure Repo with git and Azure Containers experience
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in GIS, Geographic Science, Computer Science, Survey Engineering, or related field
