Business Solutions Specialist Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead and support the Order-to-Cash (OTC) cycle, including order management, pricing, delivery, invoicing, and customer returns. As our ideal candidate, you will have extensive experience in SAP ECC and SAP S4HANA implementations or support.

The successful candidate will configure and customize SAP SD modules in both ECC and S4HANA environments, collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, and translate them into functional solutions.

Key responsibilities include conducting unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT), providing post-go-live support, resolving production issues, documenting business processes, and providing training to end users.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Hands-on experience in SAP ECC and SAP S4HANA implementations or support
  • Strong configuration skills in order types, pricing procedures, delivery, billing, and credit management
  • Good understanding of cross-module integration (MM, FI, LE)
  • Experience in preparing functional specs and working with technical teams
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • SAP SD or S4HANA certification is a plus

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with SAP Fiori and S4HANA simplifications
  • Exposure to Agile or SAP Activate methodology
  • Domain experience in manufacturing, retail, or consumer goods
  • Knowledge of SAP CRM or SAP C4C is an advantage
