  • Provide Technical Guidance: Offer technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.">
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to gather requirements, define solutions, and ensure successful implementation.">
  • Troubleshoot and Maintain Systems: Identify and resolve issues with automation systems, ensuring their reliability and performance.">
  • Document Processes: Maintain comprehensive documentation for all automation processes, solutions, and system configurations.">
  • Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest trends and technologies in automation to ensure the organization remains competitive and innovative.">

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.">
  • Experience: Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in an automation role, with a strong understanding of automation tools and technologies.">
  • Technical Skills: Experience with automation tools and technologies such as RPA (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere), and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).">
  • Coding Languages: Proficient in Python, SQL, AWS Lambda, AWS S3. Nice to have Java (basic level).">
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.">
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior-level stakeholders.">
  • Team Mentoring: Skilled at team mentorship and coaching, and supporting on technical delivery across projects.">
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications in automation or related fields are a plus.">
