About the Role

As a Site Operations Manager, you will oversee the execution of interior projects from start to finish, ensuring quality and timely delivery. You will regularly visit project sites, sharing progress updates with stakeholders, and coordinate vendor resource allocation through weekly schedules.

  • Quality Assurance: Monitor and maintain quality standards as per specifications.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve issues for smooth project execution.
  • Stakeholder Management: Coordinate and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Process Adherence: Ensure 100% adherence to internal processes.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of site work.
  • Project Completion: Achieve project completion within time and meet top-quality standards.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Designing.
  • Prior experience in interior project execution is advantageous.
  • Preference given to candidates with site execution experience in premium projects, hotel projects, or luxury studios.
  • An eye for quality is essential.
  • Ability to read and plan work from schedules.
  • A valid license and own transportation are required for site visits.
