Interior Space Planner

The role of an Interior Space Planner is to create harmonious and functional spaces that meet the needs of clients. This involves developing designs based on conversations with clients, assessing their requirements, and adjusting approaches based on feedback.

This position requires excellent creative thinking skills, confidence in communicating with clients, and familiarity with the interior design landscape and trends.

We are seeking a skilled Interior Space Planner who can own the sales funnel, drive sales closure, and lead customer experience during projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior design, excellent knowledge of design tools, and expertise in conceptual, technical, and modular design.

• Owning the sales funnel and driving sales closure through logical and trusted sales pitches.
• Leading customer experience during projects, ensuring quality and accuracy of design deliverables.
• Owning an end-to-end project lifecycle, from concept to completion.
• Maintaining familiarity with interior design trends and best practices.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A degree or relevant diploma in interior design or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience as an interior designer.
• A portfolio showcasing your work, including residential projects.
• Excellent knowledge of design tools, such as AutoCAD and PPT presentation.
• Holds design expertise in conceptual design (layout, style, moodboard), technical design (material knowledge, execution, drawing preparation), and modular design (material knowledge, aesthetics & functionality, module planning).
• Civil works & services (specifications & installation details) knowledge.
• Sales expertise in sales closure by way of logical & trusted sales pitch, driving and leading the design meetings with the customers.
• Holds behavioural attributes of result-oriented, team work, integrity & ethics, crisp & meaningful communication.
