Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the sales funnel and drive successful sales closures through strategic planning and execution.
  • Ensure seamless customer experience throughout the project lifecycle by providing timely and effective support.
  • Oversee the quality and accuracy of design deliverables, guaranteeing excellence in every aspect.
  • Manage the entire project lifecycle from start to finish, ensuring smooth execution and delivery.
Requirements:
  • Hold a degree or relevant diploma in interior design or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as an interior designer, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects.
  • Demonstrate expertise in leading and delivering residential modular KWS projects, showcasing your ability to drive results.
  • Showcase your proficiency in design tools, including PPT presentation and AutoCAD, to create visually stunning and functional designs.
  • Highlight your knowledge of design concepts, including conceptual design, technical design, and modular design, to create innovative solutions.
  • Demonstrate your understanding of civil works and services, including specifications and installation details, to ensure seamless integration.
  • Exhibit your ability to create detailed BoQs for customers and coordinate with internal and external agencies to deliver excellent results.
  • Demonstrate your skill in sales closure through logical and trusted sales pitches, driving and leading design meetings with customers to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Showcase your strong behavioral attributes, including result-oriented, teamwork, integrity, ethics, crisp communication, and a willingness to learn, to excel in this role.
