We are seeking a skilled Human Resources executive to oversee end-to-end operations for our US-based employees.
This role will be responsible for coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes, maintaining accurate employee records, and ensuring compliance with federal and state labor laws.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate smooth onboarding for new hires by tracking documents and benefits.
- Manage employee exits including resignation processing, exit interviews, and final settlements.
- Operations & Support
- Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data.
- Serve as the first point of contact for US employee HR queries.
- Track employee leave, PTOs, and time-off requests.
- Benefits & Compliance
- Assist in benefits enrollment (medical, dental, vision, 401(k)).
- Ensure compliance with federal and state labor laws (FMLA, ADA, ACA, COBRA).
- Payroll Coordination
- Work closely with the payroll team to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
- Track reimbursements and benefit deductions.
- Documentation & Reporting
- Draft HR letters and related documents.
- Generate periodic reports on headcount, attrition, and other HR metrics.
