Technical Support Specialist

Overview

This is a key position in our organization where you will play a critical role in supporting customers, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining customer trust.

We are looking for a skilled professional with excellent communication skills who can troubleshoot technical issues across our SaaS platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for customers to resolve technical issues via email, chat, or calls.
  • Provide technical support worldwide understanding cultural nuances and customer expectations.
  • Diagnose, replicate, escalate software issues to the engineering team.
  • Collaborate with product and development teams to improve platform stability.
  • Document known issues, fixes, and create knowledge base articles.
  • Assist customers with onboarding, integrations, and platform configurations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in technical support or SaaS.
  • Strong knowledge of web technologies (Angular, REST APIs).
  • Hands-on experience with troubleshooting tools, logs, debugging techniques.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
