Travel Sales Representative Job Description

As a Travel Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in growing our business by developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing personalized travel recommendations, and ensuring seamless booking experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer interactions through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and online messaging platforms.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of travel destinations, packages, and itineraries to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Work closely with operations teams to ensure efficient execution of bookings and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate fluently in English.
  • Prior experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasive selling skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer proficiency, with knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
