Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Leader to oversee the successful delivery of projects.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership abilities, strong communication skills, and a proven track record of managing complex projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations
  • Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for seamless execution
  • Monitor and track project progress, adjusting as needed to meet objectives
  • Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques
  • Measure project performance using suitable tools and techniques
  • Report and escalate issues to management as required
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
  • At least 10 years of experience in project management or related roles
  • Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello, Asana)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
