Senior Account Manager Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to lead business development and revenue growth in cloud services, including Azure and Office 365.

The ideal candidate will focus on enterprise clients, building long-term relationships and maximizing regional revenue through strategic sales and account management.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies in B2B enterprise environments.
  • Drive revenue growth for cloud services within the region.
  • Identify opportunities within client organizations by understanding their IT needs.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance goodwill and trust.
  • Propose customized IT solutions tailored to client requirements.
  • Manage the sales lifecycle, from lead generation to closure.
  • Cross-sell and upsell IT products and solutions alongside cloud offerings.
Requirements
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Excellent account management and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven experience selling cloud products.
  • Prior experience in the region is preferred.
  • A bachelor's degree is required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in IT sales and business development.
