Job Role:
- Update CRM systems and make outbound calls daily using provided leads to drive business growth.
- Verify and screen prospective customer data to ensure high-quality leads.
- Capture additional information and assess customer interest in our products or services.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales team for effective lead allocation and maximize sales opportunities.
- Ensure accurate and high-quality lead delivery to counsellors.
Requirements:
- A minimum educational qualification of any graduate degree from a recognized institution.
- Demonstrated strong spoken English communication skills to effectively interact with clients.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
