Seeking a skilled ServiceNow developer with 4+ years of experience in designing, developing and implementing ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) and SPM related integrations.

Responsibilities include contributing to developer tasks, ServiceNow support and sparring with process managers and stakeholders. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are required.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Development experience in SPM and related integrations
  • Implementing Demand, Project, Resource & Time Management sub-modules
  • Strong experience in Integration, Data source, and Transform maps
  • Implement ServiceNow workflows, business rules, and data transformations to streamline processes
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow functionality, performance, and security
  • Implement integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using web services, APIs, and other technologies
  • Configuring ServiceNow workflows and forms, Scripts
  • Creating and maintaining ServiceNow objects like tables, business rules, client scripts, UI actions, UI policies
  • In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, configuration, and customization capabilities
  • Experience with JavaScript, Glide scripting, and ServiceNow APIs
  • User Management including groups, users, roles, ACLs, etc.
