Job Title

A seasoned Enterprise Portfolio Management specialist is required to lead the development and configuration of Planisware applications for multiple diverse businesses. This role demands expertise in administration, configuration, development, customization, deployment, and business perspective.


Responsibilities
  1. Provide Planisware Development and Administration: The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality Planisware solutions that meet the requirements of various stakeholders.
  2. Develop Enhancements and Requirements: Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to identify and implement enhancements and new requirements within Planisware via project templates, Organizational Breakdown Structure (OBS), and other tools.
  3. Analysis of Impact: Analyze the impact of enhancements and new requirements on the Planisware application for users and project managers worldwide.
  4. Troubleshooting: Monitor the Planisware Assignment group queue in Service Now and troubleshoot any issues, including investigation of SharePoint log files.
  5. Project Support: Assist project managers with all and any issues and questions regarding Planisware modules.
  6. Change Management: Work with IT Shared Services teams to follow Change Management, Release Management, and Systems Development Lifecycle processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 3-5 Years of Experience: Proven experience administering Planisware Application administration, configuration, development, and support.
  • Planisware Certification: Possess a Planisware Certification or have demonstrated equivalent knowledge and skills.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of PL-SQL and experience writing SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions.
  • Integration Experience: Familiarity with Planisware Integrations with Power BI and reporting (in Microsoft SQL Server).
  • Communication Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex issues and procedures effectively.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team environment, build strong working relationships, and establish relationships in a matrix environment.
