Key Responsibilities:
  • Foster knowledge in multiple project management skill areas for delivering projects/transformation programs.
  • Develop relationships with mid-level leadership stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate ability to deliver high-quality results independently, with minimal supervision.
  • Establish and enforce project management protocols aligned with industry standards.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, engineering, business, or equivalent work experience.
  • 5-8 years of proven experience as a Technical Manager or similar role, preferably in a technology or engineering environment.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
Preferred Requirements:
  • Experience in Master Service Agreements, Contracts, or Statements of Work.
  • Previous work experience in Change Management, Project and Program Management.
