Job Title: Healthcare Liaison

The International Patients' Union is an organization that addresses challenges in healthcare accessibility, affordability, and quality. The union connects patients with top doctors, policy-makers, regulators, industry leaders, and fellow patients to allow them to voice their opinions, contribute to policy formulation, gain authentic information on diseases and treatments, and learn how to better manage their conditions.

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Healthcare Liaison in the Chairman's Office located in New Delhi. Responsibilities include supporting the Chairman in daily tasks, coordinating meetings, managing correspondence, conducting research on health policies and patient needs, preparing presentations, and liaising with various stakeholders. The Healthcare Liaison will also assist in gathering patient feedback, analyzing data, and creating reports to support decision-making processes.

Key Qualifications:

  • Excellent Organizational and Time Management Skills: Ensure efficient coordination of daily tasks and meetings.
  • Strong Research and Analytical Skills: Conduct thorough research on health policies and patient needs to inform decision-making.
  • Proficiency in Presentations and Correspondence: Prepare engaging presentations and manage correspondence effectively.
  • Effective Written and Verbal Communication: Communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely with diverse stakeholders.
  • Liaising with Diverse Stakeholders: Develop relationships with patients, international organizations, government agencies, and healthcare professionals.
  • Attention to Detail and Ability to Work Under Pressure: Manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in Healthcare Sector or Related Field: Preference given to candidates with experience in healthcare or related fields.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Medicine, Public Health, or Related Field: Candidates must hold a relevant degree from a recognized institution.
