Job Role: Travel Consultant

Job Description:

As a Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for consulting with clients to determine their travel needs and preferences.

  • Determine client requirements through consultation and research various destinations and means of travel.
  • Research short – haul & long – haul packages and provide recommendations to clients.
  • Diagnose the clients' specifications and wishes and suggest suitable travel packages or services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consult with clients to determine their travel needs and preferences.
  • Knowledge of short – haul & long – haul packages
  • Research various destinations and means of travel regarding prices, customs,
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of destination management systems and online booking platforms.
