Travel Experience Division Overview

We're building exciting travel experiences for our clients, handling end-to-end travel planning, and contributing to the growth of this new vertical.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle multiple bookings and client queries effectively
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients
  • Provide outstanding client experiences through personalized travel recommendations
  • Contribute to the growth of our Tours & Travels division

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in Travel & Tourism / Hospitality / Customer Service preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre) is an advantage
  • Passion for travel and delivering exceptional client experiences
