We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Compliance Officer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining a strong reputation for our company.

**Job Description:**Our ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring all regulatory submissions are periodically uploaded in the IRDA portal, post-concurrence with relevant stakeholders. They will also be aware of the process for submission of regulations which include new business submissions, schedules submissions, SP submissions, complaints submissions, financial statements submissions, and compliance certificates as applicable. Submit these to the regulator within stipulated timelines.The successful candidate will maintain registers to track, align, ensure, and coordinate with respective business units and BIU teams for regulatory registers in the appropriate format. Ensure timely submission to IRDAI.Additionally, they will communicate with regulators as per regulations. Notify all communications, including branch opened and closed data, directorship changes, regulatory charges levied, etc.**Key Responsibilities:**

  2. Aware of the process for submission of regulations which include new business submissions, schedules submissions, SP submissions, complaints submissions, financial statements submissions, and compliance certificates as applicable. Submit these to the regulator within stipulated timelines.
  3. Maintain registers to track, align, ensure, and coordinate with respective business units and BIU teams for regulatory registers in the appropriate format. Ensure timely submission to IRDAI.
  4. Communicate with regulators as per regulations. Notify all communications, including branch opened and closed data, directorship changes, regulatory charges levied, etc.
