Operations Director

Key Responsibilities:- Oversee daily operations to ensure maximum productivity and efficiency
- Manage workflow, prioritize tasks, and allocate resources effectively
- Lead by example, demonstrate strong work ethic, and foster a positive team culture
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including team members, customers, and senior management
- Monitor progress, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions
- Develop and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance
- Conduct regular team meetings, provide feedback, and address concerns
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
- Proven experience in managing teams, preferably in a BPO/KPO environment
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to analyze data, make informed decisions, and drive results-oriented action
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies, quality control principles, and compliance regulations
- Willingness to adapt to changing business needs, embrace innovation, and drive continuous improvement
Successful candidates may be considered for advancement to Senior Team Leader, Assistant Manager, or Operations Manager roles, based on individual performance and company needs.
