Job Opportunity

">Preparing Vendor Payments involves accurate management of financial transactions. This includes maintaining a detailed record of all payments made to vendors, ensuring timely settlement of dues, and verifying the accuracy of bank statements.

MIS reports provide valuable insights into the company's financial performance, enabling data-driven decision making. Key responsibilities include preparing MIS reports, analyzing financial trends, and identifying areas for improvement.

The Fixed Asset Register is a critical component of accounting, requiring regular maintenance and updates. This involves recording all assets, tracking their depreciation, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Expertise in GST filing is essential for companies operating in India, as it requires proficiency in tax laws, regulations, and compliance procedures. Coordinating with Internal Auditor and Statutory Authorities involves responding to queries, providing clarification on accounting matters, and collaborating with team members to resolve issues efficiently.

Key skills required for this role include proficiency in Tally Software, sound communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Additional requirements include a valid driving license, two-wheeler ownership, and a willingness to join immediately.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare vendor payments and manage cash flows.
  • Develop and maintain MIS reports for financial analysis.
  • Ensure accurate records of fixed assets and track depreciation.
  • Provide expertise in GST filing and compliance.
  • Collaborate with internal auditor and statutory authorities.
  • Operate Tally software efficiently and accurately.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Tally software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
