Accounting Professional Sought

We are looking for a highly skilled Accounting professional to manage our financial transactions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles and practices, with experience in bookkeeping and related areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable under supervision.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions, entries, and adjustments.
  • Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial records.
  • Prepare and process basic financial documents such as invoices, receipts, and payments.
  • Assist senior accountants in preparing tax returns and ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
  • Provide support during audits and financial reviews by gathering requested documents.
Required Qualifications and Skills
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • 3-5 years of minimum experience in bookkeeping and related internships is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and the MS Office Suite; basic Excel skills are sufficient.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices; willingness to learn and grow in the field.
  • High level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and follow instructions effectively.
