Software Solutions Specialist

Job Description:

This is a full-time hybrid role that involves working closely with clients to understand their needs, provide solutions, and ensure satisfaction with our products and services. As a key member of our professional services team, you will play a critical role in assisting customers with onboarding our software into their environments.

You will be responsible for managing and maintaining our software in customer environments, ensuring its smooth operation, and providing technical support to resolve any issues that may arise. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and taking ownership of customer goals, milestones, initiatives, and issues from beginning to resolution.
  • Implementing our software in customer environments.
  • Managing and maintaining our software in customer environments.
  • Operating and using our software in customer environments to achieve customer objectives.
  • Developing, managing, and running custom reports for customers using data from our software and integrating it with other data repositories in the customer environment.
  • Integrating our software with other applications and processes within customer environments leveraging APIs and automation development.
  • Assisting customers by diagnosing problems and providing resolutions for technical and product issues.
  • Advising and educating customers to ensure a complete solution to their technical or product issues and questions.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide solutions, and ensure satisfaction with our products and services. You will also be responsible for answering common questions regarding installation, operation, configuration, customization, performance, and usage for our products.

This is a challenging role that requires strong technical skills, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. If you are a motivated and experienced professional with a strong understanding of customer relationship management tools, Elasticsearch, SQL/PostgreSQL, and current trends in the storage solutions industry, we encourage you to apply.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field and 2+ years of recent experience in a professional services position are required. Preferred qualifications include 4+ years of experience in a professional services position, experience using customer relationship management tools, and knowledge of Data Governance & Regulations such as GDPR, HIPAA, CCPA, etc.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 2+ years of recent experience in a professional services position.
  • Strong understanding of customer relationship management tools.
  • Knowledge of Elasticsearch, SQL/PostgreSQL.
  • Familiarity with current trends in the storage solutions industry.
