English Faculty Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated English faculty member to join our team. As an English faculty, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality education to students and contributing to the growth and development of our organization.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting live classes, creating engaging YouTube sessions, curating educational content, and evaluating student performance. You will also be expected to take ownership of the English subject, handle student doubts, and contribute to curriculum improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct live classes for Class 11, Class 12, CUET English, and related exams.
  • Deliver high-quality YouTube sessions to engage broader audiences.
  • Curate, draft, proofread, and finalize Economics content for booklets and mock tests.
  • Design theory notes, question banks, and ensure exam-aligned material preparation.
  • Handle student doubt resolution and test evaluation personally.
  • Take complete ownership of English subject for teaching, content, and results.
  • Actively contribute to curriculum improvement and internal training initiatives.
Requirements
  • Strong subject expertise in English (Class 11, 12 and CUET UG Level).
  • Excellent teaching, communication, and student engagement skills.
  • Ability to write, proofread, and structure error-free academic content.
  • Experience in handling both live batches and digital/online student interactions.
  • Familiarity with CBSE and CUET.
  • Tech-savvy with tools for online teaching, content creation, and feedback management.
  • Self-driven, ownership mindset with focus on continuous improvement.
