Job Description

This role requires a highly skilled Structural Design Engineer to work on our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing and analyzing complex structures using Finite Element Analysis software packages such as RFEM, STAAD Pro, ETABS, SolidWorks, and Hyper mesh.

The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing project drawings, extracting engineering information, and preparing detailed design computations, sketches, and final design drawings. They will also provide design solutions to ensure manufactured pieces meet load-bearing capacity requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Design analysis and coordination: Review project drawings, extract engineering information, and analyze using FEA software packages.
  • Preparation of design computations, sketches, and final design drawings.
  • Provide design solutions to ensure manufactured pieces meet load-bearing capacity requirements.
  • Liaison with suppliers/design teams to mitigate design issues.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in design engineering, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Working experience in GFRC/FRP projects is preferred.
  • Knowledge of facade systems, facade design, and materials manufacturing is an advantage.
Additional Information

Salary: ₹8 lakhs - ₹10 lakhs per annum (dependent on qualifications and experience).

Job Type: Full-time.

Benefits: Health insurance, paid time off, and Provident Fund.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, day shift.
