Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to fill the role of HR Operations Advisor. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the seamless execution of essential HR activities that support organizational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR processes, including employee lifecycle management, compliance, benefits administration, and system management. They will also possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage HR operational activities within the organization.
  • Manage end-to-end HR processes, including employee lifecycle management, compliance, benefits administration, and system management.
  • Enhance operational efficiency, improve employee experience, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Understand and prepare accurate salary payments, deductions, and tax saving benefits administration.
  • Support wellness benefits, including health insurance and other related programs.

Payroll and Compliance:

The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of payroll processes and be able to prepare and file all required tax documents and reports. They will also be responsible for timely payment of employee benefits and working with partners to record these payments in employees' accounts.

HR Process Excellence:

The HR Operations Advisor will be responsible for re-engineering existing HR processes to build efficiency, accuracy, and controls. They will also establish effective metrics and deliver HR operations across the employee life cycle.

HRMS Implementation and Automation:

The successful candidate will be accountable for HR Technology Tools and identify process/sub-process automation opportunities. They will partner with HRMS vendors to implement solutions and design and develop HR Helpdesk to provide accurate information and guidance on HR policies, procedures, and benefits-related employee queries.

Data and Reports:

The HR Operations Advisor will define data quality norms and ensure accuracy and completeness of employee masters (financial and non-financial) in HR systems. They will also establish internal control mechanisms for periodic validation of employee data and ensure data integrity.

HR Policy Governance & Audits:

The successful candidate will track and ensure updated HR policies are hosted on HR systems for all entities. They will monitor policy renewal schedules and notify teams for review. The candidate will also implement maker-checker systems for critical processes and represent the HR Ops team for all internal/external audits.

Responsibilities include implementing audit findings within agreed timelines and sharing updates with HR leadership teams.
