Job Description

Deutsche Bank is seeking a highly skilled Business Banking Advisor to join our team in New Delhi. As a key member of our Branch Banking team, you will be responsible for enhancing the value of our existing trade account portfolio and driving business growth through strategic relationship building and deepening.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in executing successful micro-events for acquisition of new clients and acquiring new accounts from group companies, family of existing customers, and referrals.
  • Build and deepen mapped business banking portfolio, ensuring consistent growth of the Business Banking portfolio.
  • Synergize for maximum penetration of business banking products, trade, forex, and Insurance & Investment sales to new and existing customers.
  • Implement customer contact programs to ensure increased share of wallet with the bank.
  • Ensure top-class service delivery to clients, monitor high net worth accounts, and work towards reactivating accounts that have stopped transacting or depleted in balances.
  • Provide regular feedback on changing customer needs to the Product team and Service Quality team.
Requirements:
  • Experience in servicing or sourcing clients of 20 lacs+ relationship.
  • Applicants preferred from Banking, Premium club membership, or High End Credit card sales background.
  • Excellent communication in English and well-groomed.
  • Minimum qualification required is Graduation.
  • Minimum Exp should be 6 – 12 Years in relevant field.
