Job Description

The role of Technical Project Manager encompasses leadership and management responsibilities for technology-driven projects. Key objectives include initiating and delivering projects on time, within scope, and with effective stakeholder engagement.

As a TPM, you will bridge the gap between business, engineering, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution. The position requires a deep understanding of technical implementation and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Project Management & Delivery
  • Lead end-to-end project execution including planning, scheduling, tracking, and delivery.
  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Ensure alignment of business requirements with technical implementation.
Stakeholder Management
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and issues effectively to stakeholders and leadership.
Technical Oversight
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to define technical requirements and dependencies.
  • Drive solution discussions, ensuring technical feasibility and alignment with architecture standards.
Risk & Quality Management
  • Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure high-quality project deliverables through reviews, testing coordination, and compliance checks.
Agile & Process Excellence
  • Manage projects using Agile, Scrum, or hybrid methodologies.
  • Conduct sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog management.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred).
  2. 7+ years of experience in IT project management with a strong technical background.
  3. Proven track record of delivering complex technology projects (Cloud, SaaS, AI/ML, Data, or Enterprise Applications).
  4. Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, etc.).
  5. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  6. PMP, CSM, or Agile certifications preferred.
