We're seeking a talented professional to lead our audit engagements. As an Audit Senior, you'll take charge of all aspects of audits, from planning to completion.

  • Lead engagement teams on planning and execution of audits.
  • Provide supervision and support to engagement staff and promote open communication with engagement managers and partners.
  • Collaborate with managers and partners on client issue resolution and make recommendations for legal, regulatory, and accounting issues during audits.

You'll work alongside a team of professionals in the US and India to deliver exceptional results. Your strong leadership skills will be essential in mentoring junior team members and building relationships with clients.

The ideal candidate has at least 3+ years of experience working with a U.S. accounting firm and is working towards Chartered Accountancy. You must have expertise in U.S. Generally Accepted Auditing Standards and possess excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills.

In addition, you should have a strong command of the English Language and excellent verbal and written communication skills. You'll also need to be able to analyze and prioritize information to make recommendations and manage multiple engagements simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Audit Execution: Lead engagement teams on planning and execution of audits.

  • Client Relationship Management: Collaborate with managers and partners on client issue resolution and make recommendations for legal, regulatory, and accounting issues during audits.
  • Multiple Engagement Management: Manage multiple engagements concurrently with various teams to meet client deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Experience: At least 3+ years of post-qualification experience with a U.S. accounting firm.
  • Certification: Working towards Chartered Accountancy is preferred.
  • Knowledge: Expertise in U.S. Generally Accepted Auditing Standards.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, training, and mentoring skills; Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
