About the Role
Lead our Employee Benefit Broking Sales efforts in the West Region and drive business growth through acquisition of large and mid-sized corporate clients.
Job Purpose:This role demands strong knowledge of group insurance (Health, Life, GPA) and solution-based selling in a highly competitive market.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute the regional sales strategy for Employee Benefit Broking in alignment with national goals.
- Prospect and acquire mid to large corporates for group insurance broking services including GHI, GTL, GPA, and voluntary benefits.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals across major cities in the West; drive performance and market penetration.
- Closely coordinate with internal teams – Claims, Placement, Retention, Wellness, Digital, and Underwriting – to deliver seamless client experience.
- Experience: 15+ years in employee benefit broking or corporate insurance sales; minimum 3 years in a regional leadership role.
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Insurance, or related fields. III/IRDA certifications preferred.
- Deep understanding of group insurance products, Strong client acquisition and relationship management skills, Ability to lead teams and work cross-functionally, Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
