As a member of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for driving planning & performance cycles. You will manage budgets, provide analytical insights, track targets, and govern financial controls.

The role requires partnership with key business stakeholders to drive Rewards Philosophy and merit cycle. Additionally, you will own the ZBB process, lead planning cycles, design manpower blueprint, and use organization design principles for optimizing structure design.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the ZBB process – Policy, DAG adherence, ZBB reviews, and 1 Year Plan management.
  • Lead the cycle of 3 Year Plan, 1 Year Plan, and other key planning cycles.
  • Design and manage manpower blueprint, organization structures, and people cost through Anaplan.
  • Provide deep analysis and recommendation of budget and blueprint breakdown by various cuts.
  • Use organization design principles for optimizing structure design.
  • Work with the PPM and Rewards Lead to set structure, processes, and tools to measure and improve performance of key KPIs of people team.

Qualifications:

  • MBA in any specialization from a top-tier Business School.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Rewards/PMO/Manpower Planning or Special Projects.

  • Strong analytical skills, ability to distill insights and propose relevant recommendations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation skills.
  • Fast-mover, quick to adapt with flexibility and resilience in a fast-moving environment.
  • Takes initiative on the identification of issues, consulting broadly within and across teams until root cause is identified and fixed.
  • Ability to prioritize workload and multi-tasking, working within tight deadlines.
  • Resilience – demonstrates strong self-belief, tenacity in the face of challenge and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and timeliness.
