Life and Wellness Transformation Guide

We are seeking experienced Wellness Coaches to partner with us in a safe and empowering space.
Our coaches will be responsible for delivering coaching sessions via video or phone to support clients in developing insights and skills necessary for meaningful and sustainable change.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver structured coaching sessions to clients, focusing on stress, relationships, career, health and wellbeing, and personal development areas.
- Maintain a calendar displaying your availability and keep track of session notes in a timely manner.
- Cultivate culturally competent and empathetic care, upholding values of diversity and inclusion.
- Hold a globally recognized coaching credential from bodies such as the International Coaching Federation (ICF), European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC), or Association for Coaching (AC).
- Minimum 100 hours of post-training coaching experience required.
- You have training and experience in evidence-based modalities, including NVC, NLP, EQ, MBSR, Somatic coaching, Positive Psychology, or Appreciative Inquiry.
- You're comfortable with technology and telehealth competent.
- You're committed to quality care and want to expand your capabilities by being informed of client progress or challenges.
