Job Description:

The role involves working as a Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud Consultant/Architect, utilizing advanced knowledge of Salesforce CRM platforms, including Care management, Clinical data management, Complete patient view, EHR integration, communities implementation and clinical documentation.

Key responsibilities include integrating data and workflows across clinical research, medical affairs, commercial operations, and patient services using the unified platform provided by Life Sciences Cloud.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce CRM platforms, including Care management, Clinical data management, Complete patient view, EHR integration, communities implementation and clinical documentation.
  • Strong understanding of cloud technologies, architectures, and best practices.
  • Experience with designing and managing data structures, metadata, and data governance policies.
  • Proficiency in coding languages such as Apex and Visualforce, as well as application development methodologies and best practices.
  • Integration experience with other systems and applications.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
