Transfer Pricing Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Transfer Pricing Associate to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. • Lead and manage transfer pricing projects under established processes.

  1. • Train and mentor junior team members on transfer pricing matters.

  1. • Identify international transactions, draft the FAR analysis and conduct benchmarking analysis.

  1. • Prepare transfer pricing documentation and draft comprehensive study reports.

  1. • Possess experience with tax litigation, interpreting case law, and presenting arguments before Transfer Pricing Officers (TPO/DRP/ITAT).

  1. • Support the tax team during audits by filing forms like 3CEB, 15CA, 15CB and other related issues.

  1. • Ensure seamless compliance through the filing of various transfer pricing forms (Master File, CbCR etc.).

  1. • Interpret and apply international tax rules and regulations.

  1. • Demonstrate a strong learning mindset and willingness to stay updated on TP laws in both India and the UAE, catering to a global clientele.

  1. • Have hands-on Global transfer Pricing regulations and compliance.

  1. • Assist in TP planning, structuring, and BEPS-related compliance.

  1. • Support client engagements across advisory, documentation, and litigation.

  1. • Draft intercompany agreements.

Eligibility Criteria and Minimum Requirement:

  1. • Expertise in data analysis and reporting using MS Word and Excel.

  1. • Strong analytical, research, and communication abilities.

  1. • Familiarity with and ability to analyze data from benchmarking tools like Prowess, TP Catalyst, and Orbis etc.

  1. • A professional degree such as CA or MBA with a minimum of two years of hands-on experience in Transfer Pricing is highly desirable.

  1. • Should be capable to lead seminars and conduct sessions across diverse teams and client groups.
