Expert Taxation Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced taxation professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess sound knowledge of income tax laws, transfer pricing regulations, and international taxation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review complex tax returns, transfer pricing documentation, and statutory forms based on applicable provisions.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and prepare appeals, submissions, and documentation for cases before tax authorities.
  • Assist seniors in representing cases before tax authorities and provide expert testimony.
  • Provide consultancy on tax implications for domestic and international transactions, including advice on employee tax structures and incentives.
  • Coordinate with overseas consultants to finalize tax returns as per local laws and analyze cross-border tax implications.
  • Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations while providing value-added tax advisory services.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in taxation, compliance, and audit.
  • Proficient in Income Tax Law, computation, tax audits, and transfer pricing.
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and familiarity with SAP.
  • Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and drafting abilities.
  • Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) or CA dropout with relevant experience.
